FILE TYPE
Files must be in DICOM (dcm) format. If the file you are sending us ends in .exe then call us first because we cannot use it. This usually means your software does not allow us to extract the indivudual files to process for 3D printing. If your CT software gives an option, these files should be uncompressed and a single DICOM file. Feel free to call us if you need help.
What to do Next
Go to the Order page to place your order. Payment is online with a credit card. After checking out, you will be asked to upload your DICOM images. After the upload bar goes to 100% make sure you click the blue "upload" button to send the file. You will receive an email confirming the transaction and upload. Give us a call for any questions or special requests.
